PERSONAL DATA CHARTER

1. Data controller for processing personal data

2. Purpose and scope of our personal data charter
AHG AURIOL would like to inform you of its commitment to apply the regulations in force in France and the European Union regarding the protection of personal data, namely the amended "Informatique et Libertés" law and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) n°2016/679 (RGPD).

This Personal Data Charter informs you of the conditions under which AHG AURIOL, in its capacity as data controller, collects and uses your personal data.

This Charter applies to data collected when you communicate your data to us.

It is permanently accessible to everyone on the website www.ahg.fr We invite you to read it carefully and to refer to it regularly. This charter is independent of any other document that may apply to the relationship between AHG AURIOL and its customers, in particular its Cookies Charter.

We collect and use the personal data necessary for our business activities, in particular in order to offer you personalized, high-quality products and services.

Personal data is any information that directly or indirectly identifies you.

An asterisk indicates whether your data is mandatory or optional, and this is indicated on each data collection form.

Failure to provide information marked as compulsory will prevent us from carrying out your request.

AHG AURIOL entities;

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to comply with applicable regulations, or for a period defined in the light of our operational constraints, such as the proper management of customer relations, as well as to respond to legal claims or requests from authorities and regulators.

Depending on the legislation applicable to your situation, you may exercise the following rights:
- Right of access: you may obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data, as well as a copy of this data;
- Right to request the rectification: if you consider that your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be amended accordingly;
- Right to request the erasure: you may request the deletion of your personal data, to the extent permitted by law;
- Right to restrict processing: you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data;
- Right to object: you may object to the processing of your personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation. You have the absolute right to object at any time to your data being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

9. Processing of personal data in the European Union
We have chosen to support personal data hosting service providers who undertake to store data within the territory of the European Union.
In the event that, by exception, a service provider is required to transfer Personal Data outside the territory of the European Union, we ensure that the processing implemented complies with a level of Personal Data protection corresponding to that required by the RGPD, supplemented by AHG AURIOL's internal rules.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL
AHG AURIOL undertakes to make every effort to respect your rights with regard to your Personal Data.
If, however, you consider that these rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), the supervisory authority whose mission is to ensure compliance in France with the regulations applicable to the processing of personal data: www.cnil.fr.

We undertake to update this Charter as and when necessary, and to make it available on our website, which is accessible to all.
