You will be responsible for the inspection and verification of components, products and equipment using various NDT techniques such as magnetic particle inspection and dye penetrant inspection.
You will also ensure that our products meet quality standards while minimizing the risk of failure.
Your missions - You will carry out checks using the most appropriate method depending on the material. - You will be responsible for checking the validity of inspection equipment. - You will use three-dimensional measurement tools and techniques, as well as non-destructive testing equipment such as penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection. - You will analyze the structure of parts and characterize defects. - You will check that parts comply with current standards, regulatory requirements and expected quality standards. - You will draw up analysis reports and ensure traceability of part quality. - In addition, you will draw up a schedule of preventive and/or corrective measures if necessary. - You will provide technical support to the teams. Your profile- You have 3 years' experience in airborne or ground-based NDT (level 1 or 2); or; you are ready to train for a qualifying certification offered by the company and hold a diploma at bac +2 level.
- Ideally, you hold FrANDTB level 2 certification in penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection.
