Corporate Lawyer – Work-Study Program (M/F)

As part of our efforts to strengthen our legal department, we are looking for a:

Work-Study Corporate Lawyer (M/F), for a two-year term

As part of the legal department and under the supervision of our Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Drafting support and management of commercial contracts (with customers and suppliers)
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions of sale, and general terms and conditions…
• Involvement in the management of legal and contractual risks
• Review of legal documentation for the approval of financial statements of Group companies
• Update and expand the list of clauses
• Compliance support (GDPR, insurance, regulatory requirements, export controls where applicable)
• Legal monitoring (business law, contract law, corporate law, commercial law)
• Assistance with the management of pre-litigation and litigation matters (in coordination with outside counsel)
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal tools (contract library) and procedures
• Archive Update
• Legal support for operational teams and support functions

Your responsibilities may change depending on your background, your skill development, and the department's needs.

YOUR PROFILE

• Work-study student inthe first year of a Master’s program in Business Law / Corporate Counsel
• A solid foundation in contract law and business law
• Diligence, analytical skills, and a commitment to confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-legal teams
• Independence, curiosity, and practicality
• Proficiency in legal English is an asset
