As part of our efforts to strengthen our legal department, we are looking for a:
Work-Study Corporate Lawyer (M/F), for a two-year term
As part of the legal department and under the supervision of our Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Drafting support and management of commercial contracts (with customers and suppliers)
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions of sale, and general terms and conditions…
- Involvement in the management of legal and contractual risks
- Review of legal documentation for the approval of financial statements of Group companies
- Update and expand the list of clauses
- Compliance support (GDPR, insurance, regulatory requirements, export controls where applicable)
- Legal monitoring (business law, contract law, corporate law, commercial law)
- Assistance with the management of pre-litigation and litigation matters (in coordination with outside counsel)
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal tools (contract library) and procedures
- Archive Update
- Legal support for operational teams and support functions
Your responsibilities may change depending on your background, your skill development, and the department's needs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Work-study student inthe first year of a Master’s program in Business Law / Corporate Counsel
- A solid foundation in contract law and business law
- Diligence, analytical skills, and a commitment to confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-legal teams
- Independence, curiosity, and practicality
- Proficiency in legal English is an asset
