As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a : Group Health & Safety Prevention Coordinator (permanent contract).

YOUR MISSIONS :
Promote and implement prevention/safety policy.
- Participate in and propose annual health, safety and prevention guidelines and objectives to management, in line with other policies (HR, maintenance, production, etc.) and external constraints.
- Lead and promote safety policy on a daily basis within the company and with all departments; develop effective communication.
- Train and raise awareness among managers and teams.
- Ensure the safety of sites, workstations and working conditions.
- Detect and assess any risk or safety level of equipment or facilities, and implement the necessary action plans.
- Update the risk assessment document (DUER) annually, Quality documents, the Chemical Risk Assessment (EVRC), safety data sheets (FDS), teaching sheets and safety instructions (workshop memos, staff safety questionnaire, etc.).
- Manage prevention plans.
- Manage safety training, from needs assessment to implementation.
- Manage regulatory and periodic inspections (VGP) and implement corrective actions.
- Guarantee regulatory compliance.
Promote and deploy the occupational health and hygiene policy.
- Organize and monitor medical examinations.
- Liaise with the occupational physician (company data sheet, annual report, etc.).
- Provide appropriate PPE and collective protection.
Act as a point of reference for training, working groups and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and deploy continuous improvement and prevention programs, and lead development projects, workgroups and actions to ensure site risk/safety management and compliance with requirements.
- Define and carry out internal audit plans, and support and coordinate the resulting action plans as part of ISO procedures (including ISO 45001). Act as advisor to management, local management and the various sites (France and Morocco).
- Represent the company in dealings with stakeholders and the relevant safety and environmental authorities (e.g. DREAL, occupational medicine, CRAM, etc.).
Your profile:
- You have 3 years' higher education in Health, Safety and the Environment, and 5 years' successful experience in industry, ideally in the metallurgy sector, in the field of prevention, health and safety at work.
- You are persuasive, a leader and have the ability to involve and federate.
- You have the analytical skills needed to understand and make decisions.
- You have an appetite for technical environments.
- You enjoy working in a team, so you can collaborate with all the company's departments and train and raise awareness among teams.
- You are able to measure the impact of actions undertaken by implementing ad hoc tools.
- You are rigorous, have a sense of initiative and are a team player.
