Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage the production unit's planning, guaranteeing the scheduling of production workshops. You are responsible for optimizing production planning:
YOUR MISSIONS
- Presentation of the follow-up of customer orders, customer contracts and supplies
- Specific collaboration with customers using computerized platforms
- Maintain service levels in line with customer and management objectives
- Management and implementation of EDI tools
- Planning and scheduling requirements calculations
- Manage customer automation requests
- Maintain communication with all company departments
- Management of production launches to ensure on-time delivery
- Implementation of monitoring tools to ensure global flow management
- Management of production delays and analysis of customer impact
- Integrating and tracking customer orders
- Optimizing tracking tools
- Synchronization between internal objectives set by management and customer demand
- Anticipating delays
- Finished goods inventory management
- Optimizing supply and demand
YOUR PROFILE
You have a Master's degree with a specialization in production management, supply chain or logistics, or equivalent knowledge acquired through solid professional experience.
Significant experience in supply chain/industrial logistics would be appreciated.
Knowledge of production management methodology and tools (commercial and industrial planning, procurement and computerized inventory management) is essential.
You have a professional level of English and an advanced command of Pack Office (Excel, Access, PPT, etc.).
