We are hiring for a new position at our Flourens (31) site, the Group’s headquarters:

Industrial Management Controller – Permanent Position (M/F)

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will join a team of 10 people.

YOUR MISSIONS

  • Contribute to the development of the budget control tool.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Define, populate, update, and analyze performance metrics within a defined scope and ensure consistency with overall reporting (variance analysis, etc.): dashboards, statistical tables, activity reports, KPIs, etc.
  • Obtain and gather all information that could affect the company’s performance; translate it into financial data.
  • Preparation of ad hoc studies related to management control
  • Provide the accounting department with non-financial data to be included in the financial results to better reflect the economic reality of the business.
  • Leading the continuous improvement initiative for industrial performance, ensuring data reliability, and overseeing compliance with accounting processes and procedures.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a DCG (Diploma in Accounting and Management), a DSCG (Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Management), or a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Auditing.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position within the industry.
  • You are proficient in information systems: spreadsheets, databases, ERP, Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).
  • You have a solid background in accounting and data analysis skills.
  • You have a good understanding of the various roles and how the industrial sector operates.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders—including accountants as well as non-financial staff—to gather information.
  • You are available and have a strong work ethic.
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills.
