Mechanical Engineer Special Machines - CDI (F/H)

Au sein de F2C2 ; filiale du Groupe familial historique français les Ateliers de la Haute-Garonne, composé de 950 collaborateurs, acteur majeur dans le secteur de la fixation aéronautique, en plein essor ; vous ferez partie d’une équipe de spécialistes reconnue dans la conception mécanique et électrique et machines de contrôle et de distribution de rivets aéronautiques.

Dans le cadre d’un renforcement de nos équipes, nous recrutons sur notre site de Flourens (31), un(e) :

MECHANICAL ENGINEER, SPECIAL MACHINES, PERMANENT CONTRACT (F/H)

Au sein d’une équipe de quatre personnes, vous participerez au développement des activités de l’entreprise en proposant des machines spéciales adaptées au besoin client.

Vous travaillerez sur des projets innovants tout en respectant les normes qualité et les exigences de couts et délais.

Vous piloterez les projets de développement et fabrication de machines spéciales de la conception à l’installation des machines chez le client.

Vous contribuerez au maintien de notre positionnement sur le marché aéronautique.

YOUR MISSIONS :

• Analysis of customer needs, technical participation in calls for tender
• Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical specifications
• 2D and 3D mechanical design
• Prototype execution and optimization (participation in assembly, wiring and testing of prototypes in the workshop)
• Production of manufacturing drawings and technical specifications
• Drafting of reports, instructions and manuals
• Draft bills of materials and create electrical and pneumatic diagrams
• Project management: design, manufacture, installation
• Manufacturing, integration and testing
• Assistance à la supervision de l’installation et au démarrage des installations chez les clients en France et à l’étranger
• Customer relations: technical and contractual interlocutor

YOUR PROFILE :

• Vous êtes issu d’une formation supérieure en génie mécanique Bac+5 et avez tenu un poste similaire, ou disposez impérativement d’une expérience de 10 ans minimum en bureau d’études machines spéciales, idéalement dans le domaine de la production aéronautique
• You must have a good command of CAD software (ProEngineer-Creo, AutoCAD, Eplan) and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais (à l’écrit comme à l’oral)
• You have sound technical knowledge (assembly, mechanics, aeronautical tooling, special machines) and master project management.
• You are familiar with standards and regulations relating to the business
• You can adapt quickly and agilely
• A man/woman in the field, you are versatile and have a real appetite for mechanics and the design of innovative solutions.
• You have excellent communication skills
