As part of our efforts to expand our teams, we are seeking a candidate for our Flourens facility, specifically for our cold-forming department:
Machine Operator – Permanent Position (M/F)
Your missions
- Assemble the machine and perform adjustments and setup within the time frames specified in the work instructions,
- Make adjustments as necessary in response to product changes, tooling modifications, or changes in the part’s behavior.
- Manage supply chains and monitor schedules, ensuring that operations run smoothly and keeping track of manufacturing cycle times.
- Verify the product's compliance through visual, functional, and dimensional inspections against the manufacturing documentation, identifying any deviations and potential defects such as folds, underfilling, etc.
- Monitor and ensure that workstation targets are met, particularly with regard to the number of parts produced, scrap rates, and the compliance rate of setup sheets.
- Perform first-level maintenance on production equipment in accordance with established procedures.

- You have a general understanding of mechanics or experience in setting up and operating conventional machine tools;
- You are curious and have a genuine ability to learn;
