As part of a two-month internship, we are looking for a candidate for our Flourens location, specifically for our Purchasing Department:

Purchasing Assistant Intern – (M/F)

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Preparation of order files.
• Tracking order acknowledgments.
• Consultation with suppliers (request for quotes).
• Handling of disputed invoices.
• Assist internal decision-makers with the procedures of the procurement process.
• Processing of business travel requests.
• TOURAL Order Processing (another company).

Required profile:

• You are pursuing a two- or three-year degree program in purchasing.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• You are able to work independently.
• You are responsive and pick up on instructions quickly.
• You are efficient and productive in carrying out the tasks assigned to you.
• You are equally comfortable speaking and writing.
• You demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a systematic approach.
