Shoulder rivets for aircraft

Aeronautical rivets cover a wide range of permanent fastening solutions used for structural assemblies (wings, panel assemblies, section assemblies, engines, landing gear, etc.) and non-structural assemblies (fastening of equipment inside the aircraft, fastening of sheath supports, cables, piping, etc.). Manufactured in aluminum alloy (2017,2117, 2024, 7050...), nickel (Monel, Inconel, Nimonic...), titanium (Ti, TiCb, TA6V...), steel (38B3, ...), stainless steel (A286, 304L ... ) or other high-performance alloys, we offer rivets to OEM standards such as AIRBUS (ASNA, DIN, EN, A02...), BOEING (BACR15, ...), LOCKHEED MARTIN (LS...) , DORNIER (DON299, DON308, DON309), European (EN) and American (NAS, MS, NASM) standards, DASSAULT (ST...) BOMBARDIER (B02, ...) EMBRAER (MP ...), EUROFIGHTER (JN...), COMAC (CFSR...) FOKKER (FON...) GULFSTREAM (GAR...)

Our rivets are designed to meet mechanical (shear, fatigue life), thermal, weight, aerodynamic and corrosion constraints, making them ideal for aerospace applications.

The low cost of rivets and the ease of automated rivet installation make them ideal fasteners for high-speed assembly lines in the aerospace sector. Depending on technical specifications and constraints, rivets can be solid, hollow, shouldered, with domed or countersunk heads... We also have a range of rivets dedicated to composite materials, and are developing new ranges of blind rivets.

Our rivet production process is ISO9001, EN9100 and NADCAP certified. In addition, our extensive experience and numerous patents in the design and manufacture of aeronautical rivets give us complete control over our quality and lead times, while offering competitive prices on all volumes.
