Quality at the heart of AHG's values
The quality of our parts is monitored throughout the manufacturing process via intermediate inspection operations, and before delivery to our customers via a final inspection operation.

We ensure strict conformity of our products at every stage of our process. For example, we carry out systematic checks after each manufacturing stage (wire drawing, coining, heat treatment, rolling, roller burnishing and surface treatment) to guarantee the conformity of our parts. Our advanced control tools and computer software enable us to meet ever-higher standards. What's more, we regularly upgrade our testing equipment to keep pace with the latest technological innovations.
Traceability: a major asset for AHG
Our computer system, enhanced with artificial intelligence, and our digital twin enable us to ensure total traceability of our parts, from the production of raw materials by our suppliers to the installation of our fasteners on our customers' premises.
