Join our 12-strong team in the Quality department as a METROLOGICAL TECHNICIAN F/H on a permanent contract! Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include : CHECKING AND CALIBRATING MEASURING INSTRUMENTS :
  • Planning and monitoring of instrument/equipment validities
  • Creation of calibration/verification frames
  • Updating / Creating an equipment life sheet
  • Implementation, monitoring, control and/or verification of checking fixtures and fittings
  • Calibrate/verify measuring equipment, mainly in the fields of dimensions, pressure, electricity, temperature, etc.
MAINTENANCE OF CHECKING FIXTURES :
  • Analysis of non-conforming equipment and report to maintenance team
  • Monitoring of external calibrations (relations with service providers)
  • Drawing up quotations for metrology equipment
  • Minor repair of measuring equipment
TESTS
  • Perform pyrometry tests according to AMS2750
OTHER
  • Drafting/reviewing procedures
  • Participate in setting up uncertainty calculations using the GUM method
  • Support for subcontractors working on site.
  • Participation in resolution meetings and action implementation
Your profile:
  • You have a Bac+2/+3 with 3 years' experience in industrial metrology.
  • You have skills in several areas of metrology.
  • Language: English (read and written)
  • You have a good command of IT tools (Pack Office and data extraction)
  • You are motivated, curious, willing and proactive
  • You are recognized for your organizational and interpersonal skills.

As part of a replacement, we are recruiting for our site in Flourens (31), the Group's head office, a : Group Health and Safety Prevention Coordinator, permanent contract. YOUR MISSIONS : Leading and deploying the prevention/safety policy - Participate in and propose annual health, safety and prevention guidelines and objectives to management, in line with other policies (HR, maintenance, production, etc.) and external constraints. - Lead and promote the safety policy on a daily basis within the company and with all departments; develop effective communication. - Train and raise awareness among managers and teams. - Ensure the safety of sites, workstations and working conditions. - Detect and assess any risk or safety level of equipment or facilities, and implement the necessary action plans. - Update the risk assessment document (DUER) annually, Quality documents, the Chemical Risk Assessment (EVRC), safety data sheets (FDS), teaching sheets and safety instructions (workshop memos, staff safety questionnaire, etc.). - Manage prevention plans. - Manage safety training, from needs assessment to implementation. - Manage regulatory and periodic inspections (VGP) and implement corrective actions. - Guarantee regulatory compliance. Promoting and deploying the occupational health and hygiene policy - Organize and monitor medical examinations. - Liaise with the occupational physician (company file, annual report, etc.). - Provide appropriate PPE and collective protection. Act as a point of reference for training, working groups and continuous improvement. - Monitor and deploy continuous improvement and prevention programs, and lead development projects, workgroups and actions to ensure site risk/safety management and compliance with requirements. - Define and carry out internal audit plans, and support and coordinate the resulting action plans as part of ISO procedures (including ISO 45001). Act as advisor to management, local management and the various sites (France and Morocco). - Represent the company in dealings with stakeholders and the relevant safety and environmental authorities (e.g. DREAL, occupational medicine, CRAM, etc.).

Your profile:

- You have 3 years' higher education in Health, Safety and Environment, and 5 years' successful experience in industry, ideally in the metallurgy sector, in the field of prevention, health and safety at work. - You are persuasive, a leader and have the ability to involve and federate. - You have the analytical skills needed to understand and make decisions. - You have an appetite for technical environments. - You enjoy working in a team, so you can collaborate with all the company's departments and train and raise awareness among teams. - You are able to measure the impact of actions undertaken by implementing ad hoc tools. - You are rigorous, have a sense of initiative and are a team player.

Your missions

Streamlining production operations

  • Analyze station manufacturing processes.
  • Identify, map and eliminate non-value-adding stages, processes and production operations in the value chain.
  • Streamline and adjust existing operating methods and resources in line with Group strategy (maximizing added value and optimization).
  • Optimize production cycles to improve performance.
  • Develop, write and/or update, and distribute technical documentation to facilitate the integration and training of employees at workstations.
  • Define and write training programs.

Ensuring operational performance

  • Propose and guarantee the execution of action plans and adjust operating procedures if necessary to improve results (e.g. reduce manufacturing time).
  • Accompany teams in change management to ensure that they adhere to the new methods.

Your profile

  • A real hands-on person, you have a perfect understanding of the production chain and its challenges.
  • You have at least 10 years' experience in a similar position, with previous experience in production.
  • You are familiar with the vocabulary and specifics of the metalworking industries.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and a natural leader.
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented, you have a strong taste for the field.
  • You are interested in digital tools and have a good knowledge of production tracking tools.
  • You know how to support, federate and create a team spirit, with clear and effective communication.

Your tasks : ICPE - Implement and monitor the application of environmental regulations, standards, instructions and procedures. - Ensure that the various sites comply with the requirements of the prefectoral decree (ICPE). - Define all regulatory requirements, check that they are respected and taken into account at environmental level. - Monitor, analyze and draw up action plans in response to non-conformities, incidents, etc. - Ensure the site's environmental communication. - Manage relations and requests with control bodies, the State and competent authorities (DREAL, Water Agency, etc.). - Lead the ISO 14001 certification project. For our Flourens site, and specifically for our Maintenance Department, we are looking for a Technician Industrial Maintenance Methods on permanent contract. Working in the maintenance department, which employs 5 people, you will report to the Maintenance Manager. Your missions will be as follows:
  • Configure and upgrade maintenance management software (CMMS).
  • Write and track technical data in the CMMS (manufacturer's data, tooling recommendations, level 1 and 2 preventive maintenance procedures, job descriptions, parts required, quantities, references, etc.).
  • Organize and archive documents, such as drawings and electrical diagrams, to make it easier to find information in the CMMS.
  • Manage disputes in the event of quality or risk deviations, and implement an action plan to return to compliance.
  • Transmit requests to monitor studies, projects, progress, deadlines, emergencies and commitments.
  • Act as an interface between internal and external players.
  • Plan and monitor maintenance operations for equipment, installations and retrofits.
  • Establish rules for data entry and parameterization, constantly optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Use statistical analysis to control the results of processes and procedures.
  • Participate in studies and meetings to validate the feasibility of maintenance-related projects.
  • Contribute to drafting procedures.
  • Coordinate level 1 and 2 maintenance operations and provide support for level 2 and 3 operations carried out by external service providers.
  • Carry out machine performance surveys (MTBF, etc.).
  • Monitor machine performance and maintenance conditions (ensure that the technical solutions proposed are uniform in terms of technical quality).

Your profile:
  • You have 2 or 3 years' higher education, with a specialization in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance, and initial experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of Mister Mint CMMS software would be a plus.
  • You know how to comply with rigorous processes.
