As part of the expansion of our teams, we are looking for a Quality Control Technician – Permanent Contract (M/F) to support the inspection teams by implementing the means and methods to ensure optimal defect detection. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your tasks will be as follows:
  • Conduct field analyses and address technical issues related to processes and resources (materials, equipment, human resources).
  • Conduct causal analyses and oversee remedial, corrective, and preventive actions to eliminate discrepancies.
  • Analyze the costs associated with non-compliance in order to improve performance (OTD, OQD, safety, etc.).
  • Write and update procedures.
  • Monitor the skills and certifications of the department (qualification questionnaires, certification renewals, skills maintenance).
  • Participate in system audits and all control qualification audits, liaising with internal and external auditors.
  • Implement the quality policy and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Manage department consumables (orders, inventories, storage, safety stocks)
  • Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity).
Required profile:
  • You have a two-year technical degree (physical measurements, materials, quality, mechanics, or equivalent).
  • You have knowledge or understanding of at least one testing technique applied to metal components: metallography, fatigue, embrittlement, crushing, shearing, hardness
  • You are able to read and understand technical specifications from customers in English.
  • You are comfortable with computer tools.

As part of the expansion of our teams, we are looking for a new member for our Flourens site, specifically for our Fasteners department: CNC Operator – Permanent Contract (M/F) Are you looking to develop your career in a demanding industrial environment, within a company renowned for its technical expertise and innovative production processes? Then welcome to Ateliers de la Haute Garonne. As part of the fastener department, you will be responsible for adjusting the machine tools in the prototype and industrialization workshop. Your missions
  • Set up lathes and machining centers (mount and calibrate cutting tools, mount clamps and other accessories) using existing programs or programs created by the methods department.
  • Carry out the supply of raw materials and the unloading of machined parts in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Insert programs into the machines, modify them, and adapt them according to the desired part outputs.
  • Regularly inspect parts during production, detect any deviations or non-conformities, and inform the manager.
  • Correct the positioning of the tooling if necessary.
  • Replace worn or broken cutting inserts.
  • Ensure the manufacture of prototype parts and small production runs.
  • Help maintain order, tidiness, and 5S standards in the workshop to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Required profile:
  • You have completed vocational training in machining at the BEP or Bac Professionnel level and/or have proven experience in CNC machine machining.
  • You have experience with digital lathes, and ideally also with milling machines or grinding machines.
  • You have a good understanding of how CNC machines work and are able to adjust their settings.
  • You are comfortable with repetitive work.

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a : NDT (Non Destructive Testing) Technician LEVEL II - CDI (F/H) If you'd like to obtain a qualifying certification, complete your Level 1 or use your Level 2 certification, join us! As a member of the parts quality control department, which employs around 60 people, you will report to the Team Leader.

You will be responsible for the inspection and verification of components, products and equipment using various NDT techniques such as magnetic particle inspection and dye penetrant inspection.

You will also ensure that our products meet quality standards while minimizing the risk of failure.

Your missions  - You will carry out checks using the most appropriate method depending on the material. - You will be responsible for checking the validity of inspection equipment. - You will use three-dimensional measurement tools and techniques, as well as non-destructive testing equipment such as penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection. - You will analyze the structure of parts and characterize defects. - You will check that parts comply with current standards, regulatory requirements and expected quality standards. - You will draw up analysis reports and ensure traceability of part quality. - In addition, you will draw up a schedule of preventive and/or corrective measures if necessary. - You will provide technical support to the teams. Your profile
  • You have 3 years' experience in airborne or ground-based NDT (level 1 or 2); or; you are ready to train for a qualifying certification offered by the company and hold a diploma at bac +2 level.
  • Ideally, you hold FrANDTB level 2 certification in penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection.
  • You have a flair for analysis and are recognized for your ability to summarize.
  • You are rigorous and at ease in an environment where work must be precise.
  • You have a good command of IT tools.

Mandatory job requirements :

  • Pass both visual tests: the Ichihara color test for color blindness and the Trumbling E level 9 test.

YOUR MISSIONS
  • Prepare interventions by ensuring safety and mobilizing the necessary resources after diagnosing malfunctions or breakdowns, according to intervention requests.
  • Carry out level 1 and 2 maintenance, and assist service providers with level 3 interventions.

  • Ensure commissioning of integrated solutions.

  • Manage relations with external service providers and internal and external suppliers.
  • Monitor regulatory controls and ensure compliance with applicable obligations.
YOUR PROFILE
  • With a Bac+2/+3 in maintenance or electrical engineering, you have experience in troubleshooting in the following fields: electrical engineering, electricity, automation.
  • LV/HV approvals would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Mister Mint CMMS software would be appreciated.
  • You are a self-starter with initiative.
  • You rigorously apply work processes and methodologies.
  • You ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures and safety standards.
  • Organized and methodical, you know how to manage priorities and make the right decisions.
