Dans le cadre d’un renforcement de nos équipes, nous recrutons sur notre site de Flourens (31), siège social du Groupe, un(e) : Alternant Assistant Comptable Au sein du service comptabilité, composé de 8 collaborateurs, vous serez rattaché au Directeur Administratif et Financier. YOUR MISSIONS : Vous interviendrez dans le suivi et la gestion de nos deux sociétés implantées au Maroc.
  • Saisie et rapprochement des factures fournisseurs en multidevises
  • Pointage des comptes clients et fournisseurs
  • Analyse des cycles : stocks, immobilisations, produits, charges…
  • Contrôle des situations mensuelles en lien avec le cabinet comptable
YOUR PROFILE :
  • Titulaire d’un baccalauréat général ou professionnel
  • Vous préparez une formation bac+2 en Comptabilité
  • Vous êtes une personne sérieuse, rigoureuse et dynamique.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques notamment Excel.

To strengthen our teams, we are recruiting at our Flourens (31) site, a : MECHANICAL ENGINEER, SPECIAL MACHINES, PERMANENT CONTRACT (F/H) As part of a team of four people, you will participate in the development of the company's activities by proposing special machines adapted to customer needs. You'll work on innovative projects, while complying with quality standards and cost and deadline requirements. You will manage development and manufacturing projects for special machines, from design to installation on customer sites. You will contribute to maintaining our position in the aerospace market. YOUR MISSIONS :
  • Analysis of customer needs, technical participation in calls for tender
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical specifications
  • 2D and 3D mechanical design
  • Prototype execution and optimization (participation in assembly, wiring and testing of prototypes in the workshop)
  • Production of manufacturing drawings and technical specifications
  • Drafting of reports, instructions and manuals
  • Draft bills of materials and create electrical and pneumatic diagrams
  • Project management: design, manufacture, installation

YOUR PROFILE :
  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering (Bac+5) and have held a similar position, or you must have at least 10 years' experience in a special machines design office, ideally in the field of aeronautical production.
  • You must have a good command of CAD software (ProEngineer-Creo, AutoCAD, Eplan) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Perfect command of English (written and spoken)
  • You have sound technical knowledge (assembly, mechanics, aeronautical tooling, special machines) and master project management.
  • You are familiar with standards and regulations relating to the business
  • You can adapt quickly and agilely
  • A man/woman in the field, you are versatile and have a real appetite for mechanics and the design of innovative solutions.

To strengthen our teams, we are recruiting for our site in Flourens (31), the Group's head office, a : Multi-service technician on permanent contract Our Group Purchasing-Infrastructure department is fully integrated with the Company's production and support services. As part of a team of more than 11 people, and reporting directly to the Infrastructure and General Resources Manager, you will work autonomously to ensure that the premises and facilities at our 5 sites are in good working order, and will provide real logistical support on a daily basis. You will also work on projects to improve the working environment. YOUR MISSIONS :
  • Level 2 maintenance for urgent repairs (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, furniture assembly, boilers, air conditioning, etc.) with CMMS follow-up
  • Assisting contractors with compliance services (electrical installations, SSI, elevators, etc.)
  • Ensure that work carried out by approved service providers (green spaces, cleaning, etc.) or external maintenance (gates, barriers, water fountains, etc.) runs smoothly.
  • Suggest new layouts and renovations
  • Update infrastructure plans and synoptics
  • Manage and carry out internal moves
  • Manage supplies related to the position
  • Produce small series of cerclam on machine on an ad hoc basis

YOUR PROFILE :

You have a vocational baccalaureate and at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, and are familiar with the industrial environment. You have electrical and work-at-height authorizations, and mechanical skills. You are at ease with office tools and administrative tasks. You are recognized for your technical skills and have a good understanding of safety and quality standards and regulations. You know how to plan priorities. Working in the parts quality control department, you will be responsible for a team of around thirty people. Reporting to our Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks: YOUR MISSIONS Production
  • Draw up production plans in line with productivity targets and the defined schedule.
  • Monitor production, evaluating performance and variances, ensuring compliance with processes, quality, deadlines and safety.
  • Monitor machines (CMMS) and first-level maintenance (implementation + CMMS).
Management
  • Lead and manage a team of operators and inspectors.
  • Help define individual and collective objectives in line with short and medium-term strategy.
  • Efficiently deploy the department's activities, prioritize and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Organize regular team meetings and provide training for team members.
  • Ensure the application of 5S rules for the workshop and its environment.
  • Define and supervise the implementation of performance indicators.
  • Ensure accurate activity reporting to guarantee that objectives are met.
  • Act as an interface (information feedback and functional liaison) with management and various internal and external departments.

  • You have proven experience in a similar position in industry, with proven skills in production management and team leadership.

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a : Maintenance technician F/H on permanent contract Working in the maintenance department of our 7-strong machine park, you will report to the Maintenance Manager. YOUR MISSIONS
  • Prepare interventions by ensuring safety and mobilizing the necessary resources after diagnosing malfunctions or breakdowns, according to intervention requests.
  • Carry out level 1 and 2 maintenance, and assist service providers with level 3 interventions.
  • Carry out system tests in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and after-sales service manuals (start-up, tests, checks).
  • Ensure commissioning of integrated solutions.
  • Check the conformity of installations and validate that work has been carried out correctly before use.
  • Update technical data: draw up and update maintenance bills of materials, integrate new maintenance ranges based on manufacturer references.
  • Enter and record intervention documents and reports in the CMMS (Mister Mint).
  • Manage maintenance-related stock entries and withdrawals in the CMMS and report replenishment requirements.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
  • Follow planning and ensure level 2 maintenance.
  • Manage relations with external service providers and internal and external suppliers.
  • Monitor regulatory controls and ensure compliance with applicable obligations.
YOUR PROFILE
  • With a Bac+2/+3 in maintenance or electrical engineering, you have experience in troubleshooting in the following fields: electrical engineering, electricity, automation.
  • LV/HV approvals would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Mister Mint CMMS software would be appreciated.
  • You are a self-starter with initiative.
  • You rigorously apply work processes and methodologies.
  • You ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures and safety standards.
  • Organized and methodical, you know how to manage priorities and make the right decisions.
