YOUR MISSIONS
  • Promote and expand the company’s product and service offerings in line with the Group’s sales strategy (by visiting clients and prospects and participating in trade shows) in France and abroad,
  • Manage your customer portfolio (monitoring needs, anticipating risks, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty),
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities (prospecting, networking, trade shows, requests for proposals),
  • Implement sales initiatives (negotiate spot orders, price lists, and/or framework agreements) and monitor their progress
  • Follow up with contacts and prospects to improve efficiency,
  • Prepare internal sales reports and follow up on related actions in accordance with the Sales Department’s expectations, and monitor performance metrics,
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate customer needs.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in a B2B sales role within the industrial sector; knowledge of the aerospace industry is a plus.
  • Professional-level English is required to work with international clients and partners
  • You are proficient in using computer software (Office Suite, ERP, data extraction and analysis)
  • You are known for your commitment to service, your ability to listen, your attention to detail, and your persuasive skills, all of which contribute to both customer retention and business growth.
  • You have a solid grasp of the fundamentals of B2B sales: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals
  • You know how to build trust with senior-level contacts (in purchasing, quality control, and management) and adopt an advisory approach
  • You have experience managing key accounts and conducting complex negotiations (framework agreements, price lists, balancing margin and volume considerations)

As a member of the parts quality control department, which employs around 60 people, you will report to the Team Leader.

You will be responsible for the inspection and verification of components, products and equipment using various NDT techniques such as magnetic particle inspection and dye penetrant inspection.

You will also ensure that our products meet quality standards while minimizing the risk of failure.

Your missions  - You will carry out checks using the most appropriate method depending on the material. - You will be responsible for checking the validity of inspection equipment. - You will use three-dimensional measurement tools and techniques, as well as non-destructive testing equipment such as penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection. - You will analyze the structure of parts and characterize defects. - You will check that parts comply with current standards, regulatory requirements and expected quality standards. - You will draw up analysis reports and ensure traceability of part quality. - In addition, you will draw up a schedule of preventive and/or corrective measures if necessary. - You will provide technical support to the teams. Your profile
  • You have 3 years' experience in airborne or ground-based NDT (level 1 or 2); or; you are ready to train for a qualifying certification offered by the company and hold a diploma at bac +2 level.
  • Ideally, you hold FrANDTB level 2 certification in penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection.
  • You have a flair for analysis and are recognized for your ability to summarize.
  • You are rigorous and at ease in an environment where work must be precise.
  • You have a good command of IT tools.

Mandatory job requirements :

  • Pass both visual tests: the Ichihara color test for color blindness and the Trumbling E level 9 test.

  • Prepare interventions by ensuring safety and mobilizing the necessary resources after diagnosing malfunctions or breakdowns, according to intervention requests.
  • Carry out level 1 and 2 maintenance, and assist service providers with level 3 interventions.

  • Ensure commissioning of integrated solutions.

  • Enter and record intervention documents and reports in the CMMS (Mister Mint).

  • Manage relations with external service providers and internal and external suppliers.
  • Monitor regulatory controls and ensure compliance with applicable obligations.
YOUR PROFILE
  • With a Bac+2/+3 in maintenance or electrical engineering, you have experience in troubleshooting in the following fields: electrical engineering, electricity, automation.
  • LV/HV approvals would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Mister Mint CMMS software would be appreciated.

Your missions 

  • Assemble the machine and perform adjustments and setup within the time frames specified in the work instructions,
  • Make adjustments as necessary in response to product changes, tooling modifications, or changes in the part’s behavior.
  • Manage supply chains and monitor schedules, ensuring that operations run smoothly and keeping track of manufacturing cycle times.
  • Verify the product's compliance through visual, functional, and dimensional inspections against the manufacturing documentation, identifying any deviations and potential defects such as folds, underfilling, etc.
  • Monitor and ensure that workstation targets are met, particularly with regard to the number of parts produced, scrap rates, and the compliance rate of setup sheets.
  • Perform first-level maintenance on production equipment in accordance with established procedures.

As part of an experienced team of six people responsible for toolmaking Using carbide tools and the electrical discharge machining (EDM) process—including wire EDM, die-sinking EDM, and EDM drilling—which enable the creation of complex shapes and the cutting or drilling of metals with high precision, you will program production tools and prepare the necessary materials based on a drawing, while adhering to productivity and quality standards. YOUR MISSIONS
  • Read drawings and diagrams of parts and tools
  • Identify the machining range
  • Prepare and schedule machining operations
  • Perform machining operations on CNC EDM machines: wire and die-sinking
  • Edit or create a machining program
  • Inspect machined parts
  • Optimize production tools and programs
  • Perform first-level maintenance on EDM machines
YOUR PROFILE
  • High school diploma in mechanical engineering; candidates must have completed at least two to three years of post-secondary study in industrial mechanical engineering or machining.
  • You have some experience in a similar role.
  • Computer skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of metrology equipment.
